Alternative Bailiff Services Ltd. can enforce all court orders pursuant to Civil Law such as Replevin orders, Orders to Vacate, Attachment Orders, Maintenance Orders, Anton Pillar Orders and other orders of the Court of Queens Bench.
For Alternative Bailiff Services Ltd. to enforce an order from the Court of Queens Bench we require a letter of instruction filled out and a copy of the order to proceed.
